What Huduku is
Huduku publishes a daily edition of headlines gathered from newspapers' and magazines' own public RSS feeds. For each item it shows the headline, the name of the publication, the time of publication and a link to the original article on the publisher's website.
Publishers' content
- Headlines belong to their publishers. Huduku reproduces no article text, summaries, images or logos, and does not frame or cache publishers' pages. Reading the article happens on the publisher's site, under its terms.
- Huduku doesn't write, edit or rank the news. It selects which outlets appear and sorts headlines into sections by time and topic.
- Publishers can have their headlines removed at any time: see grievance & takedown.
Using the site
- Reading and browsing need no account.
- Don't scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, and don't present Huduku's pages as your own. The publishers' feeds are the better source for automated use.
- Huduku is provided as is. Headlines are shown as the publishers wrote them; Huduku can't vouch for their accuracy.
Accounts
The research workbench (saving, annotating and sharing dossiers) is invite-only. Members are responsible for what they save and publish there.
